In Remembrance

Many of the families we have served ask how they can pay it forward, helping Covenant Hospice reach others in need of our compassionate care. Our Remembrance Tribute Video, which will air during the Cablethon, offers a meaningful and unique way to support Covenant Hospice while honoring the life and legacy of your loved one.

For a minimum donation of $100, we will feature your loved one's name and photograph in the Remembrance video. Your tribute, along with others, will be shown throughout the program and online so that family and friends here and all over the world can also remember and celebrate the life of your loved one.

Just fill out and return the Remembrance Tribute Reply Form with a photo (no smaller than 3" x 5") or send a photo by email to Jenni Perkins (jenni.perkins@covenanthospice.org).

It is our privilege to touch the lives of others at the end of life and it would be our privilege to help you celebrate the legacy of your loved one in this meaningful way.
